These Terms govern your use of Vpsify (vpsify.online) — Cloud VPS, proxy products, wallet, and related services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform, attempt fraud, or violate these Terms.
We provide virtual infrastructure and proxy services subject to available capacity, upstream providers, and fair-use limits. Specs and pricing shown in the catalog may change. Delivery times are typically fast but not guaranteed in every outage or maintenance window.
Balances are stored in USD-equivalent credits funded mainly via crypto (USDT and supported coins). Wallet credits are used to purchase and renew services. Crypto payments are generally final once confirmed on-chain / by the payment processor. Manual deposit reviews may take additional time.
Do not use Vpsify for illegal activity, spam, abuse of networks, attacks, malware distribution, or anything that harms our providers or other customers. We may suspend or terminate service without refund when abuse is confirmed.
We aim for high uptime but do not warrant uninterrupted service. Maintenance, network events, or provider incidents may affect availability. Check the Status page for published incidents.
Because resources are provisioned digitally and crypto settlement is typically irreversible, refunds are handled case-by-case via Support. Unused wallet balance is not a bank deposit and may be subject to anti-fraud review before any adjustment.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vpsify is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or data loss. Our total liability related to a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the affected service period.
